Rot Link

Connections

Where a platform's API allows it, Rot Link pulls your saved content in on its own and categorizes and files it — no action from you. Everything else arrives through the share sheet or a pasted link.

Share straight from any app

Install Rot Link to your home screen, then tap Share on any reel, short or post and pick Rot Link. The clip is fetched, categorized and filed into folders automatically — no pasting.

  1. 1. Android / Chrome: menu → Add to Home screen (or the install prompt).
  2. 2. iPhone / Safari: Share → Add to Home Screen, then use Copy link and paste on the Add page (iOS doesn't expose share targets yet).
  3. 3. Desktop Chrome/Edge: install from the address-bar icon.

Automatic sync

Not connected

Official TikTok API — syncs videos on your own account.

Ask Lovable to connect TikTok — once the connector is linked, saved content flows in automatically.

X

Not connected

Official X API — syncs bookmarks and likes when your API plan exposes them.

Ask Lovable to connect X — once the connector is linked, saved content flows in automatically.

Twitch

Not connected

Official Twitch API — syncs your clips and past broadcasts.

Ask Lovable to connect Twitch — once the connector is linked, saved content flows in automatically.

Connected platforms re-sync in the background whenever you open Rot Link (at most every 30 minutes). New items are categorized and filed into folders on arrival, and anything already in your vault is skipped.

YouTube

YouTube does not expose your liked or Watch Later lists to third-party apps.

Instagram

Instagram has no API for saved posts or liked reels.

Reddit

Saved posts are account-private; share or paste links instead.

Facebook

Facebook has no API for saved videos.

Vimeo

Share or paste links to file Vimeo videos.

Web

Anything else on the web — share or paste the link.
